Applied as a 3–4 cm coating on structural steel beams, BRE-LAK Powder prevents softening and loss of load-bearing capacity under direct 900°C gas flame — without burning. In a validated test, a 4 cm sample was exposed to a direct 900°C flame for 2 minutes: the internal temperature did not rise while the outer surface reached 900°C. The material also resists UV radiation, winter frost and summer surface temperatures of 55–60°C — becoming harder and stronger over the years. This is the fundamental Passive Fire Protection (PFP) application for high-rise and industrial construction.

The BRE-LAK powder-based material sets rapidly, actively expelling its water content — enabling safe demoulding within 36–40 hours. The result: interlocking tongue-and-groove lightweight structural panels, thermal-bridge-free and breathable, fire-resistant for residential construction. No 28-day concrete curing cycle. No sand required. Lightweight panel houses can be designed and built — thermally insulated, acoustically insulated, breathable, thermal-bridge-free and fire-resistant. The modern return of rapid residential construction, without the old compromises.

No more floating oil slicks. BRE-LAK powder collects floating oil and brings it to a skimmable state. What sinks to the bottom due to its weight can later be pumped out — it does not dissolve from its mass. It can be transported in barrels and destroyed in furnaces.
